The Genins India TPA claim status can be viewed using the following process.
Step 2: Choose the policy type as Group Medical policy. Then enter the employee no and policy number or claim number.
Step 3: Submit these details and the claim status will be displayed.
Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email.
