Through a phased enrollment, Respondent Access Portal will allow unrepresented individuals who have cases before EOIR to view their case information, keep informed about hearing schedules, download electronic Records of Proceedings, and file case-related documents. If you are a noncitizen with a case before the immigration court, you will receive an official notice from the immigration court when you are eligible to register.
ECAS is available at all immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Use of the system is mandatory as of February 11, 2022. Please see the final rule for details. If presented with Terms & Conditions, you must accept to use ECAS.
If you are a new DHS user, contact your component's IT Service Desk to request authorization to access the DHS Portal.
For technical support, email ECAS.techsupport@usdoj.gov or call 1-877-388-3842 Monday through Friday, except federal holidays, from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
